Frequently asked questions
Direct answers, without exaggeration.
What is BaselHub?
A cloud platform that gives your company its own app store: an isolated catalog, a custom domain, version and source management, and an app built under your name.
Is BaselHub the same as Basel Plus?
No. Basel Plus is a separate existing product with its own identity, domain (baselplus.net) and bundle identifier, and it is unchanged. BaselHub is an independent platform for other customers under their own brands.
Can I use my own brand?
Yes. Name, logo, icon, colors and support links are all set to your brand and applied to your store and app.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes. Start with a platform-managed subdomain, then connect your own domain after proving ownership and verification.
Can I manage apps and versions?
Yes. You get app and version records, family grouping, a preferred release setting, and sources that sync on a schedule.
How does Apple signing work?
BaselHub organises your store's signing resources: account, team, certificates, provisioning profiles, devices and bundle identifiers, and tracks signing jobs with a clear state.
What is the difference between Builder and Forge?
Basel Builder creates a custom variant of an app (project, settings, artifact). Basel Forge adds modules inside the app through a composable recipe.
Can I manage users and devices?
Yes. Inside your store namespace: devices, activation codes, subscriptions and users.
Can I choose a plan?
Yes. You choose a plan when starting, and the server revalidates its limits and features before anything runs.
Do I need my own Apple Developer account?
Signing your app requires Apple resources. BaselHub organises those resources and links them to your store, and never shares them with another customer.
